The Niagara Flower Outlet is open daily from approximately mid-March through October. Due to the seasonality of our products, our days of operation and hours can fluctuate. The Niagara Flower Outlet accepts cash, debit & credit during peak seasons. In the off season, we operate on a cash-only basis through a self-serve honour system. Yes! You can return plastic pots and trays purchased from our garden centre. Please do not drop off pots from other nurseries and garden centres. All our pots can also be placed in your blue bin! Fibre/Peat pots can be recycled in your green bin or with yard waste in paper bags, composable bags or a rigid, reusable container clearly marked "organics". Confused about recycling? Yes! We love to see your furry friends, providing they are well behaved. We ask that all dogs be kept on their leashes, or in their carriers/strollers, and stay in the care and control of their owners at all times while shopping. Please do not leave your dog unattended at any time.

The Niagara Flower Outlet offers convenient ground-level entry, making it easily accessible from the parking lot. While the parking lot is gravel, there are two designated accessible parking spaces located right next to our paved greenhouse for your convenience.

We have enjoyed nurturing your plant up to this point and take great pride in maintaining the health of all our plants. We are passing the torch to you, trusting that you will continue to give it the care it requires for continued success. Each plant has unique requirements for watering, light, and temperature.
