Where are you located?

You can find us at 1383 Third Street Louth, St. Catharines, Ontario.

We are conveniently located just off the QEW.

TORONTO BOUND take exit 49 for N. Service Road towards Third Street.

NIAGARA BOUND take exit 51 for Seventh Stree Louth/Regional Road 34 and take the South Service Road to Third Street Louth. Turn left onto Third Street Louth.

When are you open?

The Niagara Flower Outlet is open daily from approximately mid-March through October.

Due to the seasonality of our products, our days of operation and hours can fluctuate. You can find our current hours listed on our website.

What types of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

The Niagara Flower Outlet accepts cash, debit & credit during peak seasons.

In the off season, we operate on a cash-only basis through a self-serve honour system. This helps us reduce labour costs, allowing us to keep prices low and pass the savings onto you.

Question 4

Do you recycle pots?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can return plastic pots and trays purchased from our garden centre. Please do not drop off pots from other nurseries and garden centres. All our pots can also be placed in your blue bin!

Fibre/Peat pots can be recycled in your green bin or with yard waste in paper bags, composable bags or a rigid, reusable container clearly marked "organics".

Are you pet friendly?

Yes! We love to see your furry friends, providing they are well behaved.

We ask that all dogs be kept on their leashes, or in their carriers/strollers, and stay in the care and control of their owners at all times while shopping. Please do not leave your dog unattended at any time.

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

The Niagara Flower Outlet offers convenient ground-level entry, making it easily accessible from the parking lot. While the parking lot is gravel, there are two designated accessible parking spaces located right next to our paved greenhouse for your convenience.

What is your plant return policy?

Accepted Answer

We have enjoyed nurturing your plant up to this point and take great pride in maintaining the health of all our plants. We are passing the torch to you, trusting that you will continue to give it the care it requires for continued success.
